danspyvey Posted October 13, 2004 Share Posted October 13, 2004 I am looking at purchasing a 20 gallon long tank (30x12x12) but have found that I need to decide what kind of light to put over the tank. I have decided on the orbit satellite 30" long 2x65 fixture. What should I be able to keep under this light? I am not wanting to keep the acroporas but maybe a lower light sps, lps and softies. I have also considered a squamosa clam, but have almost deciede against this due to their size. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment
Katara Posted October 13, 2004 Share Posted October 13, 2004 you can keep almost all lps,softies,zoa's under this(brains,frogspawn,leathers,gsp's,bubble,blasto's,etc)..I did before I switched to mh.I did keep a squammi under this lighting and didn't realize it wasn't thriving till I upgraded.You should be good to go.
