Question about aquarium cams.

Overnight last night, 2 of my fish were eaten, and I now need to find out who the killer is, since I have what is supposed to be a community tank. 
 

So I want to set up a camera system and I have a few questions.

 

Are there any good submersible ones made for aquariums? I can’t find much on Google. 
 

And if I were to go with a regular surveillance camera outside of the tank, (I’ve seen a lot of reefers mention using Wyze cams.) are they live stream only? Because that would do me no good. I need to be able to rewind and look at recorded footage. This attack happened overnight, so if I had a proper camera set up, I could simply rewind and see who did it for myself.
