Brown Blotches on Toadstool Leather

I got this little guy about a month a go, he's never really done great. These blotches have been in its exterior flesh ever since I can remember... all my other corals are doing wonderful as well as my other Toadstool across the tank. everyone I've reached out to has been scratching there heads so I joined Nano-Reef.com! Any information would be appreciated!

It’s algae blow it off with a turkey blaster.
