Is $450 for this set up a good deal?

This local seller has this set up and I am interested. What do you guys think?

-Kessil tuna blue 160 with controller & rigid mounting arm. 
-JBJ auto water topoff with pump & hoses
- 10 gallon Synergy water top off

Well, lets take some math calculations...shall we? 

A new kessil 160... Aprox. 240$

Nuvo 20... aprox. 300$

Mathematically, we have already passed the 450$ mark. Plus you have the top off system. Now, maths aside... Is the filtration sufficient? I really don't know, because I have no experience. But the top off is a huge plus, and the kessil too... You get live rock, live sand, chaeto lighting. For me, I think that it is quite a good deal. But I would double check the filtration. I think an opinion from someone else would come in handy.

Good deal. Especially if the tank isn't plauged with problems. Like dinos or some kind of pest. Even if you have to start over with new rock and sand for some reason its still a good deal. That ato container is almost 200 bucks brand new.

If I was in the market for small tank, I would definitely consider it. If you were to purchase all of that new, you would be in it for over 1,000$
