Leo_ian
So i have a pair of neon gobies in a 20 gallon and have been attempting to breed them. My water temp is about 84F is that too high? It has been a few months and all the closest to breeding ive gotten to was just the female hiding in a cave for 8hrs Quote Link to comment
Tired
That's definitely on the high side, try to knock it down to 78 or 80. Might not be related. What are you feeding them, and how much? Do they have any tankmates? What's your plan for raising the babies? Got all your cultures lined up for food? Quote Link to comment
Leo_ian
i feed them once a day with copepods and sometimes mysis zero tank mates they are going into a black bucket with a bubbler. I saw someone feed their fry frozen rotifers. So i will be trying that for the first few batches Quote Link to comment
banasophia
Mine really liked sustainable aquatics hatchery diet pellets (took maybe a day or two before the took a liking to them). Not sure food had anything to do with their breeding though. 1 Quote Link to comment

Sancho
Put some sexy time music on for them and turn the lights down low... it’ll happen if it’s gonna happen but you’re temp is too high 2 Quote Link to comment
