Is my anemone dying?

My anemone has been curled up and shrunk like this for a day, anyone know anything about this?

It's normal for them to shrink up sometimes. It staying shrunk isn't a very good sign, though. 

 

I'm guessing this is a new tank?  How new, and what did you start it with? Dry rock, live? 

 

You should get your nitrates higher, corals need them. 5ppm is about bare minimum, more like 10 is generally good. Check your phosphates, any lower than 0.03 can kill corals (and possibly this anemone) pretty fast.
