Kevin99
I can’t choose between two par 38 bulbs for my nano tank. (12”x12”x13) Have to pick between 2 par 38 bulbs, they both have 12 leds and are 36watt. One has 4 cool whites, 4 blues and 4 purple/uv. The other bulb has 8 cool whites and 4 blues. I want to grow easy soft corals. Quote Link to comment
Ratvan
I'd go full spectrum if you can, or get both try them out and return the one you don't like? 1 Quote Link to comment
Clown79
On a 12x12, 1 should be enough for soft corals and lps. I would choose a full spectrum bulb. Go with less white diodes. 1 Quote Link to comment

No my question is that, is either of them sufficient enough for a 10g soft coral tank? If so which one is better for the corals in terms of led wavelengths? Thanks Quote Link to comment
