Tired Posted September 15, 2020 Share Posted September 15, 2020 Rasta zoanthid, I'd say. Palythoas are not zoanthids, they're a different thing. Many large zoas are called palythoas sometimes, though. They are toxic, but you don't have to get rid of them, even if you get some. Plenty of people keep palythoas without any harm. You just have to not touch them bare-handed, not cut yourself with something you've used to frag them, and not boil them or point them directly at your eyes while taking them out of the water. Basic safety precautions, that you should really take with coral anyway. Quote Link to comment
