Tired
Their own website isn't a good source of info- after all, they're trying to sell you their product. Look elsewhere. Do people other places use it with notable success, when they already have a bad case? Has anyone tried it? 1 Quote Link to comment

So question, in my water I see small white specs flowing through it, any idea what that could be? Quote Link to comment
Tired
Copepods, sand, dust, all sorts of possibilities. Likely not relevant. It's not the ich- saltwater ich is microscopic, the white dots you see on fish are the reaction to it. 3 Quote Link to comment

fishfreak0114
I’m probably a little late here, but in the past I’ve had the most success using the tank transfer method. This link details it pretty well (it’s what someone linked me to when I had a similar question years ago). It’s a ton of work, but I’ve yet to lose a fish during it or have the ich come back https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/tank-transfer-method.192655/ 1 Quote Link to comment

I've developed two other versions (see links below) that will also treat velvet: https://humble.fish/ttm-for-velvet/ https://humble.fish/community/index.php?threads/hybrid-ttm-to-treat-all-parasites.87/ 3 Quote Link to comment
Reefer-begginer
So the point of doing that method is to dip them in Peroxide for 6 days a piece? Or is it in both tanks you do that? Quote Link to comment

Fish are only exposed to peroxide for 30 mins, six days apart while doing TTM. “Please note that H2O2 is only dosed twice, 6 days apart and for a maximum of 30 minutes. This is to ensure all velvet trophonts have been eliminated and also lines up for worms that need to be treated a second time due to hatchlings. Everything else about doing TTM stays exactly the same!” 1 Quote Link to comment

Reefer-begginer
I can see that small bowel working for like clownfish and baby fish. I'd need to find something bigger for a 6 inch foxface and 5 inch coral beauty Quote Link to comment

Otherwise a 5g tank should get the job done. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Anchor-Hocking-Heritage-Hill-Glass-Jar-with-Lid-2-Gallons/16486707 1 Quote Link to comment
mcarroll
Use a 5-10 gallon plastic tote....a la Sterilite or Rubermaid. Half-full (for safety and lack of mess), that gives you 2.5-5 gallons to work with. Very reasonable. 2 Quote Link to comment
