DSA65PRO
I bought a Reconditioned Brad Nailer, for a Cabinet build. I have someone that will come over and help me run the wood through my table saw. I’m just trying to figure out if I should build the outside first, and put the plywood reinforcements on that or build the plywood frame first, then clad it. Quote Link to comment
Tired
Building the outside and then the inside seems difficult. You'd have the outside in the way. Quote Link to comment
Frag Factory
Build the frame then clad it. Quote Link to comment
jservedio
What size tank? If it's an actual nano, you can just make a plywood box with no frame underneath (like a kitchen cabinet). Don't use brads for that though - get a pocket screw jig. Though, you can still break out the new toy for molding if you don't have a pin nailer. Quote Link to comment
mcarroll
Glue+pin. Or glue+screw. But glue whatever you do. Stronger than pins or screws...but they go well together. Quote Link to comment
