Help please - Clown Fish Brook???

Hey fellow reefers;

 

Need help identifying the scale issue. Looks like white/cloudy patch(s) on his head. Also, seems like there are a few spots of missing scales, noticeably on the white band.

 

Is this brook??? 

 

Advice is welcome please.

 

Eating fine, swimming fine. Tank is fairly new, 3 month old with another clown and a carpenter wrasse for tank mates.
