Translucent spots on blenny's head - is this Ick?

My blenny has some translucent spots on the head (not on the body). Is this Ick? (see attached pic).

I've only had it for like a month, but I think the translucent spots on the head may have appeared only recently.

It's the first and only fish of my 55G at the moment.

I've already put the blenny (i.e. the rock where it hid) in QT, but it won't come out of the rock where it hid.

I need to bring that rock back to my 55G before I can even think of starting copper.

I wish I could provide a better picture, but even taking this has been quite the challenge!

Thanks everyone for the advice!

Good news, No, not Ich. Midas actually have spots on their heads. it is just more noticeable because he has the stress colors going on.
