Weird pink thing attached to base of torch coral

I'm new to the reefing hobby and noticed a pink thing attached to the base of my torch. After some googling I thought it might have been a flat worm, but I don't think it is as it hasn't moved. It has a hole on it with a clear looking tubing around it as seen in the picture. Anyone have any ideas what this is?
