This brown algae sort of appears like Cyano. I have some Cyano in this rock as well but it’s in a very small crevice and doesn’t grow. Can Cyano be this brown?
I also get this slime on the glass that grows back to full strength in about a week

this tank has battled (and won?) a Dino battle so every brown spot freaks me out

Anyone got an idea for an ID. The algae grows back and costs the glass/ sand and some rocks. It’s an orange brown. When it is scrapped off the glass it forms mats that stay together. It has also appeared in my other tank. UV doesn’t appear to help too much.
