New White Patch Clownfish

Could somebody tell me what this is? I’ve looked around for similar pictures but no luck. Doesn’t look like ich.

The fish is healthy, eats like a pig, only resident along with with its partner in crime in my IM20, they have been together for a year, no new fish introductions -

Flukes? Except it looks like it’s on the inside -

Just adding - they have two anemones, which hosts and have for a long time - thinking this could be marks from that, however strange that it would be now, when they have been at it for so long.

Hard to tell from the picture. Might be marks from the anemone, but I almost wonder if it's a bruise- maybe the fish ran into something. I assume fish can bruise.
