But it could also be a worm hitchhiker in your tank that's started helping decomposition. 1 Quote Link to comment

It could be a decomposer, but if it's embedded deeply in the organs, I'd really doubt that. What symptoms did the fish show before it died, and where did you get it? 2 Quote Link to comment
