Adding fish in cycled tank, but Diatoms?

My tank has been cycled, but I do have diatoms. Can go head add a fish or do I need to wait till diatoms go away?

Nope if your tank is cycled go ahead and add A fish and watch your ammonia.. diatoms will go away once all the silcates are depleted.  Happens to every new tank. I found turbo snails plow through the stuff on the rock work, so depending on tank size I'd add one or two
