RFA thinks it's a mushroom?

This RFA climbed up the rock from its usual spot, wandered around a bit, settled itself here, and has turned itself mushroom-shaped. It's been pretty much exactly like that for a few days. It curls around food (reef roids) when I feed it, then goes back to that shape. 

Does it want more light? That's my best guess, but I'm a little reluctant to crank the lighting up without being sure, since my other inverts seem pretty happy with the lighting so far. I also wonder why it's not stretching the way they usually do when they want light, and instead is doing this.
