White things crawling on back wall in tank ?!

What are they? Tank has been running for 2.5 months there was also a bunch of brown algea on the glass and back wall I don’t know if maybe that was the cause*(the big white spot is dried up saltwater in the pic)*

Those are young amphipods, small beneficial crustaceans that are common in health reefs. They will continue to grow. It's a benchmark in the progress of your growing ecosystem inside your nano reef. They're part of the food chain.
