Is my anemone dying or spawning?

I’ve had this rock flower nem for a bit and this morning I noticed it’s mouth was open. For a while now it’s been shooting out wispy white stuff from its mouth, kinda looks like smoke/fog to be honest. Is this a bad sign or is it spawning?
