William Posted May 22, 2020 Author Share Posted May 22, 2020 Still No sign of the mantis .... 😕 my par meter came in from BRS, I know Nanobox par numbers are not the best but I was still a bit bummed by how low they were (with mostly blues on). On the SPS present they maxed out at 225, most of the tank was around 75-150. Though I do have a diffuser on which could be limiting my par. I decided to crank up the white channel during the day time to get a bit better par numbers. 1 Quote Link to comment

William Posted May 22, 2020 Author Share Posted May 22, 2020 The “moonlight” channel is actually mint. I cut down on the morning time from 3 hours to 1 hour, and lengthened the evening time. I tuned the evening color to a more blue spectrum. So from 11am to 5 PM the lights are on the day setting and from 5-10 they are on the evening setting. btw, this setting gives me a 10k-12k look 1 Quote Link to comment

The orange rainbow BTA split while i was out of town and the Black Widow BTA has gotten much larger.
