1000rrstunna
Since I’m getting crazy with it I’m debating what light to use... was thinking hanging mount ai prime 16 should be able to screw it up in the canopy.... or kessil a80 but will that be to weak ? Quote Link to comment

I used a prime over a 2.5g tank and had some nice growth for softies but I think it was too much for hard corals I did have it mounted about 10" above the water line. Quote Link to comment
1000rrstunna
Getting somewhere. Finished stain and varnish... mounted the two 8” lumi light pro Strips in the canopy. Fitted the AIO box and did a few mods to the filter basket to make it a lil more to my liking. Had to trim the inner rim of the tank to get the box in. Then silicones and sealed it in place. Looking good so far hopefully water test tomorrow and curbside sand pickup at the lfs. I’ve had two chunks of rock brewing for three weeks in my 180 sump for the lil guy so it should be ready to rip! 2 Quote Link to comment
debbeach13
Great craftsmanship. I really like that the hood allows access. Very well thought out. The AIO came out nice and clean. I made a mess just trying to silicone plug the hole between display and AIO. Looking forward to seeing it wet. Quote Link to comment

I use blue tape for the silicone on the sides. After I apply the bead and smooth it with my finger I remove the tape and the lines are super clean. 1 Quote Link to comment
