Zionas
BassletsAs a new reefer, I’m pretty curious as to what the lifespan of some common nano fish are. I’m especially curious to know about this because I’d love to have my fish for a long time. 🙂 That would be testament to my dedication and it only adds to sentimental value. Lypto
There was a guy with a 40 year old clownfish pair. Cardinalfish tend to not live a long time, at least banggai and breeding pairs don't live as long. Take care of your fish they'll live 10+ years and you won't likely see a death from old age unless its an oddball species, like seahorses don't live much older than 5. Quote Link to comment
Zionas
I’ve read of people who’ve kept their Pajama Cardinals for 7+ years and there’s even a YT video that features a 13-year old PJ Cardinal (huge). Not sure how common that is though. Banggais I know tend to live no more than 5 years on average. 40 years. Holy cow. 1 Quote Link to comment
