Smoke1979
I decided to put together a 2 gallon nano tank. I got everything on Amazon for next to nothing (minus the coral) Anchor Hocking 2 gallon cookie Jar ($15) JBJ nano auto topoff ($99) 2 Homsay 80 GPH pumps ($20) 100 micron filter pad ($12) Lominie LED ($51) Nano heater ($15) Digital thermometer ($7) Total build cost: $219...and half of that was the ATO. With such a small tank I really need this since the evaporation will effect the salinity so much. I took a decorative box and placed it behind the tank to store all the wires, powers strips etc. Behind that I have a small RODI container that stores my topoff water. I hid that with some decorative flowers my wife had laying around. I kept the tank simple with easy to grow Zoas, leather, Rics and mushrooms. There are no fish in the tank, so that helps to keep it much cleaner. I also got some snails from reef cleaners. Highly recommended. Those guys are the best! Check out the pictures and let me know what you think. It has only been set up for about 5 weeks. 2 Quote Link to comment

ChromeVyper
Loving your pico! Just started a pico in the same jar about a month ago. I dont have nearly as many corals as you do yet but mine is housing a pistol/goby pair after they killed my wife's starfish in her display tank. She wasnt happy after that let's just say lol.
