Mmotux
I was told it was a hammer/torch hybrid... buttttt. It looks more like a frogspawn. If so. Can I but it with my hammer? Pics of both Quote Link to comment
Elizabeth94
Reminds me of an Octospawn, very pretty! 1 Quote Link to comment

moose2823
Can't say what either one of these are, but I own a colony of each, and here they are happily coexisting while touching one another ("frogspawn" in front, "hammer" in rear left) Quote Link to comment
Ash1176
Hahaha i just bought the same kind of coral yesterday, the guy in the shop was telling me about it, but my toddler started acting up so I wasn’t really listening but he said it was hybrid... so I go back home and try and research it, and like you I think it’s a frogspawn. It was doing my head in not knowing, so I called the Lfs back up today to ask him, it’s a branching Euphyllia, and it’s classed more as a hammer, as they have multiple branch polyps coming from one branch unlike frogspawn... anyway it’s a pretty rad coral!
