What disease does my clown goby have

My clown goby is showing these bumps on the body. It’s above the skin, any idea what it might be

Looks like Ich, though @Humblefish is the expert when it comes to fish disease. Do any of your other fish have white spots?

No but those are my only fish 😛

I would give him a 5 min FW dip (double check for flukes): https://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic/401919-freshwater-dip-fish-treatment-information/

 

If no flukes show, place in a QT and treat with copper.

 

P.S. All your fish are going to require copper treatment as velvet is waterborne transmissible.
