I assume by now it's either gone away, or spread enough to be clear what it is.

 

Also, it's generally not a great idea to immediately dose substances to kill algaes. The exception being bryopsis, which basically doesn't go away any other way than you getting rid of it. Other algaes and such (including those harmed by chemclean) are better dealt with via biodiversity, cleanup crew, and allowing the tank to mature.
