The Standard Version.What are the makes and models of the pumps you are controlling with the WaveEngine? 4 x Maxspect Gyre XF350 Pumps.How do you have your pumps connected to the WaveEngine? Direct Drive. Was the WaveEngine easy to mount? Yes.Are you using an Apple or Android device to control your WaveEngine? Apple iPhone 8.Are you controlling your WaveEngine locally or remotely using HYDROS Cloud? HYDROS Cloud. Is your WaveEngine connected to a third-party aquarium controller? Yes. I have it plugged into a Neptune Systems EB8 outlet.What is your impression of the HYDROS app? Seems powerful and I like the interface of the controls.How long did it take to get your pumps configured in a way you are happy with? 1 hour.If you are using any preset flow modes, which are you using and why? Sine Wave. I use 2 Gyres on opposing ends of a long prop tank with one reversed fan to create cyclical changes in flow direction Can you describe your pump schedule to us? One Sine Wave preset has a period of 10 minutes, the other 15 minutes so the interaction of the flow from the two ends changes, sometimes opposed and sometimes creating a circular flow to various degrees.How important is having a device like this sealed inside an IP65-rated (watertight, dust-tight) enclosure? I really like the durability of the enclosure for my purposes and the connectors.What is the one thing you LIKE most about the WaveEngine? Control of 4 pumps via app with one DC power supply.How likely are you to recommend a WaveEngine to another hobbyist? Very likely. The reduction in power supplies alone warrants its purchase.
