Duncan won’t open

I got this Duncan as an “extra”  in a trade. I have had it for over a month and it won’t open?? I have tried in numerous locations but still no luck. All parameters are good and other corals are doing well. Any thoughts?

Try moving off the sand. I have several Duncan colonys (hosted by my clownfish) and I have all of them in are in med to high light and med flow and they are extremely happy despite by clownfish. Duncans are at the top above the clownfish and in the middle of the pic beside the Gonirpora. Ignore the clownfish in this pic. she has also decided to host the Gonirpora as well. (The hair algae field is for my lawnmower blenny :).
