Just got my first RFA and I have some questions

I got this RFA from my LFS today and I was just wondering what to feed it/how often to feed it?  Or if I even need to feed it at all?  It's my first anemone and I would hate to kill it.  🤕

Less I better than too much, so whenever you think to toss them a small meaty chunk of frozen food works. For me, that is probably every other week. 

 

the only issue I had was I fed one of mine too big of a piece, and he wasn't happy the day after.

I feed mine ounce a week, one week very small shrimp and the other any type of coral mixture with water... looks happy now!
