Is this Torch Bleaching?

Looking for some input. I bought a purple torch several weeks ago. Tentacles have had decent extension and it's been looking good overall. The past few weeks I noticed the tentacles are starting to turn white in places, It was about mid-level in the tank, so I moved it to the bottom, but after 2 weeks i'm not seeing any change. Is it bleaching or is this not unusual? My other torch, which is green, is doing great, as are all my other corals. Is there something different I should be looking at? Parameters are all normal except phosphates which are high this week at .5.
