Slime?

Hi, I did a water change to get rid of this slime that covers my glass, sand, and rocks. I woke up today and it was gone, and when I got home this is what my tank looks like. Any thoughts?

This is usually just a bacteria bloom. Are you dosing carbon at all to your system (NO3PO4X, vinegar, vodka, etc)? If you are then I'd stop dosing immediately. It's also good to get better water movement through the tank.

You'll probably have to do some frequent water changes too. Nothing big, just enough to be able to siphon the slime out and make a dent in your nutrients.
