orab
Dear all, Imagine this setup: 2g. tank. Pump. Thermostat. Light. Like always. Artificial CC sand (1/4 inch or even no sand at all) Artificial CC rock. Artificial Salt. Distilled water. ONE SPS. And that's all. As you can see the only infection source would be the SPS, from a coral farm (with no previous contact with fish, etc). We know that SPSs need nitrates and phosphates in order to survive, but this synthetic salt carries no one. How would you feed and maintain this lonely SPS in this ultra-aseptic tank configuration? Brains On! Quote Link to comment
Coldcloud
Would love to see this concept unfold!!! I have been considering doing something similar but with just a torch or hammerhead coral. Definitely following this post. 1 Quote Link to comment

MrObscura
I'm confused. What would be different than any other setup? Just feed the coral by dosing reef rods, oyster feast, etc. People keeps fishless picos packed with Corals. Including sps. One single coral would make it easier if anything. 1 Quote Link to comment
