Peppermint Shrimp, what is it eating off of corals?

Last night, when the lights were going down, one of my Peppermint Shrimp, started going from Coral to Coral, pulling something off and eating it. He started on the Zoanthids, which immediately closed, some were already closing due to the lights dimming. He went to the Mini- Star Polyps, Waving Hand, and Mushrooms. None of these Corals seemed to mind his grazing. He didn't touch the Hollywood Stunner or the three Corals on a frag shelf. I thought he pulled two Feather Dusters off the Zoenthids, but they are still there this morning, and I probably have a couple thousand mini dusters in the aquarium. Normally he stays under the Bubble tip, and I've have seen all three Peppermints in it's  tentacles.

I had them actually eat my acans, watched them rip 3 apart until I got rid of them the next day.

They can go rogue, they eat aiptasia so can easily move on to coral.

Could also be stealing food from the corals
