Astrea snail with Coraline???

Hey so I have this astrea turbo snail that has like purple or pink at the top I didn’t know if that was there natural shell color or if that is coraline.  And if it is how would I go about spreading that to the tank or should I just leave it alone ?? Thanks in advance

And it has a bump on the shell that has this little white hair thing that poke in and out. Don’t know if y’all know wht it is

looks like coralline to me. the little bump, possibly a vermetid snail. i'd take the astrea out, and carefully break off just that "bump" on the astreas shell. or just put a drop of gel superglue over the little hole on the bump that the "hair" is coming out of. i currently have a vermetid outbreak in my tank that i'm trying to control which i have a turbo and margarita snail that both have vermetids growing on their shells.

Neednose pliers make quick work of vermetid snails.

Yes, it looks like coraline.  I have been told if you scrape the coraline in your tank, it will seed it.  It might be better to scrape it off the rocks.

The bump on the back could also be a baby barnacle.  I've had several snails with barnacles on them.

Coraline algae.  Your snail will spread it by himself.  The shell will rub against the rocks and what not over time.
