Looking for a recommendation for a return pump for a  sump 10 gallon setup, sump and tank

5 gallon Marineland Portrait Aquarium with a 10g sump,  Im running into picking a little pump or to much gph, 40" head height. I would rather not have to get a bigger pump and have to limit its output
