mschreff1144
Been trying to stick to the 1/2 gallon water change every two weeks and I’m really happy with how the tank has been going. Added a pretty awesome crocea from my brothers shop this week. I get a lot of questions about how long our ato reservoir last, so I started recording how long mine last. We keep our home at around 80 degrees and I’m averaging 7-8 days between refills. I think I’m going to just let this tank grow in now and enjoy. 8 1 Quote Link to comment

I like the different types of coral you have in there. Is it hard to keep a clam in a tank that small? Quote Link to comment
Tired
How easy is it to unplug everything from the things under the stand? I'm wondering how easy this would be to move, if I had one for my college dorm. Would it be relatively easy to separate tank from stand without completely draining the tank? Also, how adjustable is the light that comes with the 4.5 AIO? Can I adjust all the colors independently of each other, to change the balance of white to other colors? I'm really tempted by this pretty little setup. Do the 4.5 stands come in just the one color, or multiples? Quote Link to comment
mschreff1144
Thanks. I would say they are relatively easy to move. The tank only has 2 cords going to the stand and they simply unplug, then you can just pick the tank up off the stand. The light Bluetooth light is 3 channels and fully dimmable. I can do different stand colors no problem, I usually just ask for a pic of the color that you are looking for. Quote Link to comment
Tired
In that case, I think I've found my Christmas tank. Do you have plans to put any kind of lid up for sale any time soon? Also, what are the deep purple (?) zoanthids with the orange centers in the first photos of this thread? Quote Link to comment
ef4life
Very nice tiny tanks. They look so big in pictures. A 2 gallon would be so cool but I’m looking to go big on the next tank instead of small. Quote Link to comment
mschreff1144
Yes I’m in the prototype stages of lids for our tanks. It will be similar to the one pictured below. 1 Quote Link to comment
mschreff1144
Been busy at work but had a chance to work on a couple new things. New t5 led hybrid fixture prototype and one of our 4 gallons I setup in our kitchen awhile back. 2 1 Quote Link to comment
Matteo
I don't need one of these but my god do I WANT one 2 Quote Link to comment
Tired
Oh, I know, they're adorable. The looks of them, the ATO hidden in the little stand, the light that's exactly what I was looking for, the built-in filtration that I don't have to worry about, everything. Love 'em. And I saw a half-gallon model in a video from one convention or another, which is beyond precious. If I had anywhere to put it, I'd want one of those to keep something like a shroom frag and a couple of sexy shrimp. But no, one tank per dorm room, and I gotta go to college. 1 Quote Link to comment
mschreff1144
Thanks for all the support and compliments!! So much work goes into each of these tanks I’m glad people like them. Little glimpse of the new t5 hybrid design in the works. So many people have asked for this light that I felt it was time to really make it happen. 3 Quote Link to comment
Lula_Mae
The T5-LED hybrid is so nice! I tried the Coralife 9" T5 fixture back when it was new and didn't like it at the time, but had the Current Nova 18" on my 5.5 and adored it. Wish I could still get bulbs for that lol. A T5-LED fixture for picos is a neat concept! 1 Quote Link to comment

debbeach13
Are you going to sell the hybrid light separately? What are the dimensions? Last questions. What is the wattage of the T-5 bulbs? 1 Quote Link to comment
