Beautiful RFAs - one of which quickly moved under the rockwork and it did not come out for 14 days. When it finally appeared again, I noticed it was not quite the specimen I had ordered. When I addressed it with the vendor, a quick turnaround of responses led to a credit - no hesitation, no additional information, no hassle - a prompt refund.
