RemoGaggi Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 A week or so ago, I wrote how my Watchamn Goby somehow got into the filter area of my IM 20. Good news is that he survived there for 2 months until I discovered him and he's super happy now that he has a pistol shrimp job. I ordered a set of Innovative Marine Fish Guards and installed them just to make sure he never gets in there again. I'm running a Sicce 1.0 on one output and a MJ606 on the other output. I also have a RFG nozzle on each output. The fish guards install super easy and while some reviews on Amazon said it restricted flow, I did not notice that. I did notice that I was getting a lot of micro bubbles in the tank coming out of the outputs. After I removed the fish guards, the bubbles disappeared. I decided to leave them off since my goby rarely leaves his mate nowadays. So for me, these fish guards were somehow creating nuisance bubbles. 1 Quote Link to comment
