Help I frayed a head of my scan and some of it is dying what should I do.

Sorry to hear, but the best thing to do is nothing really. Maybe move it into a less lit area, that's it. If and hopefully your tank water quality is good, it will heal itself. Yes the damaged tissue will seem like it's dying, small chance it will, but corals are very resilient. Just imagine the trauma corals go through from fragging. Hang in there and give it some time.
