jakelsl2009 Posted July 2, 2019 Share Posted July 2, 2019 So this is a fairly new tank, been up for about a month now and I’ve been noticing this white hair like algae or maybe bacteria growing on the glass and all over the rocks. The only thing is that it grows in the dark parts of the tank so it seems like it isn’t algae but I can’t figure out what it is and no one seems to know. I’ve read it could possibly be from carbon but I’ve since removed it. It is growing out of control in the back chamber and I don’t know what to do about it at this point. Thanks in advance.
