Chiller For Waterbox 30.2

I am installing a waterbox 30.2 AIO in my office on Tuesday. I now realize that because of the heat in the room I will need a chiller or fan of some sort. 

 

Any recommendations of a reliable chiller or fan that won't cost more than around $200?
