Decided to add 2 Kamoer X1 dosing pumps over the weekend but still need to hook them up. Had to figure out away to place them in the cabinet

Finally got the X1 micro pumps set up and running. Had to drill a hole in the calcium bottle and alkalinity bottle for the tubing and it turned out perfect. Watched the instructional video and set up my schedule using Red Seas mixed reef recipe. The interface for the X1 seems pretty good

I used the Hawaiian black also in my fluval evo and like it a lot, my main concern was that it has the possibility of being magnetized but I don’t have any problems with that since I use an aquablade scrapper. The black does make the corals pop more in my opinion

I recently added another crocea clam, a trio of bonded zebra barred dartfish, and a Jason fox insane stylocoeniella from WWC. Still have a few WWC frags I need to mount but not sure where to put them yet so they are just hanging out on my frag rack. One other change is that I was doing the Prodibio bio kit reef program but it looks like everyone stopped selling the kit so I’m giving red sea trace colors and reef energy a/b a try.... maybe I’m crazy but after 1 day of using the new stuff my corals look brighter.

I too am using Trace abcd colors. Seems to be working! My stuff seems super vibrant but I think I honestly maybe dosing low for my coral load..

I believe coralvue is just the distributor in the US.

Cleaned my sump and skimmer today and noticed my corals looked more plump. The Duncan’s looked extra fat and way bigger then usual.

Purchased the new redsea reefwave 25 yesterday for my tank and installed it today. Still playing with the settings to dial in the flow but I like it so far. This will replace my two current eflux wave pumps. Hopefully it’s powerful enough for my tank, I used Myreefer wizard on red seas website and it suggest using one 25.
