Pico sized curiosities

These guys are members of the Epialtidae family, they are algae eating crabs that rely on camouflage and slow movement to remain out of sight of predators.

I have never seen either larger than the ones pictured, I think both are mature adults. 

 

They are slow and kind of boring to watch really, maybe an interesting clean up crew member.
