Looks great. Hard to believe it has only been running since June.

Already thinking about what's next.

Well rock came from an existing setup but yeah it seems things have finally balanced nicely out over the 6 months. Excited to it grow for another 6!

really dig this scape, you're doing a great job placing corals for the right pop as well. Following this to see how she grows out!

Very nice color balance.  Need more sticks to take advantage of all that nanobox pucks have to offer 😉

it's funny that I've been avoiding green so much, that I now am missing that color in the new scaping effort.  🤪 I only have one green slimer colony that I'd consider "true green" in the tank, all others are various shades of green/teal.

Thank you! I have been adding my coral piece by piece over the past 8 months. Just super picky on what I want. Lately I have been focusing on higher end pieces as I am running out of room. I agree, I can't wait for it all to fill in. This is my nicest work yet! :)

Like I mentioned above I am super picky on my frags. I think sometimes we scare ourselves away from green because its the most common color and it's really easy to make an entirely green coral tank by accident. I need more teals actually and yes a few more sticks glued higher up on the right side scape would probably seal the deal!

For awhile I had a bunch of red coral (still sorta do) so right now I avoid anything red haha.

Bought a Flame Angel! I'm such a high risk high reward kind of guy. I 100% know they can nip at coral and I have about $1k in coral in my tank so BIG RISK. However he seems to be a model citizen ignoring all coral and polyps and eating pellets and frozen food. 🙂

My Maroon Clowns are not worried about him either, they actually will even swim together.

I will grab pics of him tonight but he's sorta of camera shy so we'll see!

I want ONE MORE fish, just another open swimmer to liven up the tank a bit. I was thinking baby Yellow Foxface but maybe just some sort of Damsel or Wrasse?

Thoughts?

If wrasse I wouldn't want something blueish I think 🤔

Looking at your tank..... female red lined? You got a nice Crest and sandbed? Might lose your dusters and any shrimp though.....

Would say yellow or purple lined, but mine is a bit of a richard

I don't think wrasse or damsels really fit the bill for open swimming fish myself, can't wait to see the shots of the angel and hope it doesn't become a devil after it gains a few years >_>

Oh man this would be the perfect little dude if not so expensive. Excited about my little damsel though. When these return to stock however that damsel may go.... Which I just remembered I left in my car's center console and I've been home for 20mins 😂😬

Imma go grab him...
