Monti white spot

So my monti has developed a white spot. It’s been growing well and this is first sign of issue. But a few days ago my frog spawn fell on to it. Not sure how long it was there before I noticed. 

 

My thought is stung from frog spawn. Anyone seen this? Will it recover that spot?  

 

Any thoughts on if it’s cause and what to do appreciated.

If a frogspawn fell on it right there, then it got stung. No big deal, the Monti should bounce back.

Yes frogspawn fell on sand and body was against monti. Good to hear it should recover
