What is this??

I'm really curious about what this is...?? 

We kept going back to chitons or some kind or isopod with a shell made of rocks. We are all very confused. 

The shell seems to be made of rock, (it looks like actual rock and not camouflage) and it looks like the actual creature is sort of a black tube within the shell. It looks like it  moves using the only opening from the shell.

Thats so weird! It almost moves like a conch the way it kind of kicks itself back. 🤔 probably not chiton.... they move very slow.

What's underneath looks like it may have some legs...or a foot...

I should add the 1st pic is a view from above whatever that is

The 2nd the thing is flipped over so you can see the bottom (the hole you can see is what the body, head, legs or whatever it may be comes out to move itself around.)

The video shows it moving a little but other times it moves quite a lot.
