I will do anything for nano-reef.com, but I won't do that.  Just can't bring myself to do a drop off.

Disappointing. Unfollowed 😅

That would be an interestung idea for the next contest...

Everyone gets assigned a randim partner, and your partner decides your tank and equipment. But to make sure they don't screw with you too much, there's also a prize for the partner of the 1st place winner... 🤔

Something like that would be fun, or decides stocking in a set tsnksize

Love that idea for a contest!  But I know I'd rather be the decider rather than the doer.  I'd go nuts if I didn't have a say in the tank.  Lol.

So, what's next tank-wise?

I saw someone post up the nuvo 20 concept dropoff peninsula?

Not sure yet. Basically somewhere between 20-40g is the goal. Or maybe I'll do a pico first then do something bigger later. Decisions decisions.

A local reefer came by to pick up the tank. So it's all gone now. Thought about posting a photo of an empty tank for the last shot of this tank, but going to leave it with this photo of my daughter staring into the 20g.

Although I started this project with my son in mind, my daughter has grown to shown a real interest in this tank.  Motivation to get a new tank up and running sooner than later.

Sorting through and organizing my tank supplies.  Still got a few bins to go through. 😪

You could have saved a ton of space by throwing all those boxes away and piling everything into a bin.  You're just showing off  😀

😄  I like keeping the original boxes.  And when am I not showing off?

Saw this just now on Innovative Marine’s website.  I miss this tank.

(and yes, still trying to figure out what to get next as my next main display)

You should definitely go bigger with the next one.

Not sure if I should create a new tank thread or just keep using this one, but I'm using the backlight from my IM 20g peninsula for a new project (started back in July) - a UNS 60S macroalgae-dominant tank (10g). A few shots here:

How delightful! Is that Sargassum in the back? 😍

Thanks! The brown macroalgae in the back is actually dictyota that hitchhiked with my live rock. Sargassum is definitely at the top of my list for this tank, but haven't been able to find any for sale.
