CHAMELEON_BREEZE
My teacher's thinking of giving me his 29/30 gallon (most likely 29) tank. Other than my small occelaris clownfish and small blue/green chromis damselfish which I'm moving them to, what else can go in there? I'm thinking of an aiptasia eating filefish, some small wrasse, a small klein's or milletseed butterfly , and a small kole tang (could re-home when bigger). Also, If I can't get the tank, I might get a 54 gallon corner tank with the same stocking list. What do you think? Quote Link to comment
Humblefish
Stick with nano-fish e.g. firefish, gobies, blennies, jawfish, maybe a basslet, etc. Quote Link to comment
Tamberav
Butterfly and kole won't work in such a small tank. They need room to move...a cramped Tang becomes and aggressive Tang and they have a scalpel by the tail they use to stab with. Being small does not change how much room they need. To me...that's like saying small dogs don't need to go for walks or get exercise because they are small. 1 Quote Link to comment
