I went to check it out and it was spinning backwards and pushing water into the glass instead of across the tank. Anyone else experience this? I had to unplug the power and plug it back in and it started working again. It was working normally when I went to bed which is weird. I have heard it making a weird sound and correcting itself before I got to the tank so this may not be the first time. pricewayne Posted May 15, 2019 Share Posted May 15, 2019 It'll do this 1-2x a day and is a normal function 🙂 Had the same panic when I heard mine do it the first time. It'll just run a 5-10second reverse to help prevent debris from clogging the blades. 1 Quote Link to comment
